This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“End User” or “You”) and The Broll Studios (“Licensor”) for the use of the software application Warm Thoughts (“Software”). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant
Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal entertainment and meditation purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
1. Use the Software for commercial purposes without a separate licensing agreement.
2. Redistribute, sublicense, or display the Software in stores or public venues without prior written consent from Licensor.
3. Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Software.
4. Rent, lease, loan, or otherwise transfer the Software to another person.

3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights. You do not own the Software or any modifications, enhancements, or derivative works thereof.

4. Updates and Upgrades
The Licensor does not provide updates or upgrades at this time. Future updates or upgrades may be offered under separate terms and conditions, and they will not be provided free of charge.

5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if you:
1. Violate any terms of this Agreement.
2. Attempt to modify, distribute, or otherwise misuse the Software.
Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Software and delete all copies of it from your device(s).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "AS IS," without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. No Support
Licensor does not provide customer or technical support for the Software.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
